Returns
How do I return an item purchased on Scenuro?
Scenuro offers a convenient return policy, allowing customers to raise a return request within 5 working days of product delivery. You can choose to replace the product with a new unit of the same item or exchange it for another product entirely. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us via email at hello@vitalifeoasis.com or WhatsApp at +91-9321562661 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM IST) within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide Order Details: Share your order ID along with your request to return the product. Please include an image of the product, a video of it when it was first opened, and the invoice for our reference.
- Product Pickup: We will arrange to pick up the products within 2-4 business days. The replacement process will be initiated once we receive the products in their original condition, including original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Product Replacement or Exchange: Inform us if you'd like to replace your original product with a new unit of the same item. If you wish to exchange it for a different product, please provide the necessary details, and we will assist you with the process. Our product quiz is available to help you find the ideal item based on your preferences, and our Customer Support team is ready to guide you in selecting a product that fits your needs and purpose of purchase.
Note:
- Returns, whether for replacement or exchange, are subject to stock availability. If the requested item(s) are not available, we will issue a credit note for the equivalent value.
- If the new product has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the difference to complete the transaction.
Which items cannot be returned?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged due to misuse, overuse, or neglect.
- The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, free items, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
- The serial number of the product has been tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under the seller or manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product has been used, altered, or shows signs of wear.
- The return request is initiated after 5 business days from the order delivery date.
- Products that have been exposed to hazardous materials or have health/safety concerns will not be accepted for return.
- Returns initiated by customers who have not followed the proper return procedure (e.g., failing to contact Customer Support first) will not be accepted.
- Any items that have been personalised, customised, or made-to-order are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are non-returnable and will not be accepted.
- Returns will be rejected if the product is found to be counterfeit or not purchased directly from Scenuro or authorised retailers.
- Any items that have crossed the 1 year warranty
What if I used discount vouchers at the time of payment and I need to return my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and will be treated as used/redeemed even if you return the order.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes, if there is a free gift included as part of the order, it must be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Can the company cancel or change the order?
Yes, there may be occasions when we need to change or cancel a specific request or order. Scenuro reserves the right to modify or cancel orders and to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Are refunds available?
Refunds are not available.
Can I get a refund for a product if I don’t like it?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you may request an exchange for a different product or opt for a credit note, which can be used for future purchases within 3 months.
