Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Scenuro (brand under Vitalife Oasis LLP), we are committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within the specified time frame. We ship throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, using reputable courier agencies. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we will use alternative India post parcel services.
Shipping
- Shipping Charges: The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. A single rate applies per order, regardless of the number of items. The prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
- Accurate Shipping Details: Ensure the shipping address, landmarks, and contact details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
- Order Confirmation: After dispatch (typically within 2-5 business days), you’ll receive a tracking number and courier partner name via email. During high-volume periods like sales, dispatch may take up to 7 days.
Delivery
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically occurs within 2-8 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to logistics, courier services or external factors.
- Delivery Areas: If courier services are unavailable in your area, we will use India Post services.
- Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, reshipping fees may apply
- Force Majeure: Scenuro (brand under Vitalife Oasis LLP), is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns (including replacements, exchanges, and undeliverable packages).
